"Really god hotel and nice area"

"Cleaning ladies are polite, but not the other front desk and concierge staff(depending on their moods). The room can be tricky, if you prefer a real CityView, please request ahead but all the tall buildings are blocking the view now. After just a few months I came back to this hotel, everything changed, staff, cleaning mess, etc… And if you are just look for a motel quality or a simple stay, this hotel is ok because they don’t provide any amenities, not even bathing robes or shower cap or toothbrush etc. Staff- wise, not friendly at all, they feel very annoyed if you request or ask more. I even heard them speak some F- languages to co-workers right after some customers left. So, quality went downhill from times to times."

"Great location of the hotel near public transport, restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores and the harbor all very close. The size of the room is pretty good for a Hong Kong hotel. Good air conditioning, WiFi, bar fridge, firm beds, good hot water in the shower, friendly staff. The negative was the toilet door doesn't shut behind you as the lock mechanism doesn't line up anymore. Stayed here many times before and will stay here again if the price is competitive "

"Check in and out are smooth and fast. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, banking, park walk, 5 min walk from subway . Basement has 24 hr shop with many Japanese imports."

"Staff are great, location is very easy to navigate, tranport easily accessible. Hitel is very clean. Bottled water provided, late check out and use of the fitness area to shower before the airport. Would return."
