“Very disappointing stay. The place felt generally dirty and had a strong stale, closed-up smell, like old materials and poor ventilation. It looks decent at first because of a few cheap appliances, but it’s clear the property is run on the cheap and only superficially cleaned. Wardrobes were cluttered with leftover items, we found expired food in the kitchen cabinets, and overall it didn’t feel fresh or hygienic. When we asked about a refund, the only solution offered was to send someone late……

“Listed as "Mid-Century Modern" but certainly NOT modern. The listing shows a graphic of a sofa couch and says there is a queen airbed. Instead, there is a standard couch (not meant for sleeping) and a twin airbed. There were no written instructions in the unit for accessing the pool (which is only solar heated and therefore NOT useable except in hot months) for operating the very complicated A/C and heating thermostat (there is no central heat) or for operating the small cabinet-mounted electric……

“Very nice, cute place. Very newly remodeled for our stay in 2026. A few minor issues that can easily be fixed and will reach out to host. Very clean. 70s grooviest vibe is cute. Kitchen is well stocked and works well. Didn't try or need AC or heat. SPA was closed at the time which is okay and not a host issue. It is attached to other small "condos" with pool being in "HOA" area next to tennis, etc. Thanks so much. ”

“The condo was as described. Easy to access and clean as advertised, just like the pictures. Glad we could stay there for the Thanksgiving holiday. ”
