Internally it is furnished in a refined and functional way and is perfect for comfortably accommodating 8 people without having to give up your privacy.

The living area with traditional terracotta floors and beamed ceilings consists of a spacious living room with fireplace where you will find a large table with chairs, a comfortable sofa and an armchair to enjoy breakfast, lunch, aperitifs and dinners in complete tranquillity.
The living room overlooks the panoramic terrace overlooking the hill where you can relax, comfortably read a book or have tea and dine while enjoying the peace of Chianti.
The large kitchen next to the living room is fully equipped : fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, water boiler, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and various utensils. Complimentary, you will find assorted sachets of tea and herbal teas, coffee capsules, sachets of sugar (white and cane).
The three suites, welcoming and with imitation wood floors, have every comfort and chic furnishings.
The first consists of a double bed, bedside tables and walk-in closet, the second with the same furnishings also has a private bathroom in typical Tuscan style.
The third Suite also has wardrobes for storing clothes and personal items, has a double bed with the possibility, where required, of dividing this bed into two single beds.
On the floor there is a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, hairdryer, mirror and set of towels.

Going up you enter a mezzanine with sofa bed and 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix account included, and access to a private room dedicated to the Smart Working station to satisfy every need for relaxation or work.
Entering the apartment there is also an area used as a games room with a table football to entertain children, young people and adults.
On the ground floor there is also a second terrace with a table and an outdoor lounge for eating, playing or relaxing with a pleasant view of the garden.
