“We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. We used our private sauna every day, so relaxing. And we ordered afternoon tea every day, yummy and affordable. We tried the fireplace as well, it looked gorgeous in pictures. “We stayed in Cabin #8 wonderful location. Cabin was immaculate, lovely room. The dinners were fabulous, breakfast would have been great if you could have had freshly cooked eggs while you waited instead on the steam table scrambled eggs. The Snowhotel itself is quite something. The ice sculptures were great. We did a Northern Lights tour, it was cloudy but we still were able to see a small display!”
