Very large, beautiful villa "Erika", 2 storeys, renovated. Outside the resort Inca, 28 km from the sea. Private: large, beautiful garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (7 x 3 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 1.2 km, bakery 1.3 km, 35 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station 2.2 km, sandy beach "Port Alcúdia" 28 km. Sports harbour 29 km, golf course (18 hole) 33 km, cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblos de Binissalem, Lloseta, Biniamar, Mallorca Fashion Oulelt & Cinemas 18 km, Palma 28 km. Hiking paths: Puig de Santa Magdalena - Inca, Serra de Tramuntana. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Motorway 1.3 km from the property. Main road 10 m from the property. Airfield 32 km from the property.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Shower/WC. Large patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). The interior of the house is typical Spanish. Not comfortable but fine. The exterior is great and comfortable with couches, seats and plenty of sun beds next to the pool. Francisc, the service host, was a great guy. He provided us with some great local recommendations. The fact that the complex was located next to a busy road was annoying. The noise of cars passing by all the time was quite disturbing.
