“Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a……

“Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.”

“Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo.”
