“I just entered my room—the door wasn't locked, and there was no shower gel left, which put me in a very awkward position.”

“Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.”

“The room was clean.”

“While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.”

“This hotel satisfied our needs for a night. The hotel is showing its age, especially the carpeting in the hallway, but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was an included breakfast which had quite a few choices.”

“We loved the room, very spacious. And the whole property was well kept and very clean and modern.”

“Location was perfect. Overnight in route from Florida to the mountains in NC”

“The property and the people who worked there were great with the exception of there was NO hot water. The property personnel were great and compensated us for the inconvenience.”

“It was disappointing that breakfast was not included for what I paid for the room.”

“The staff was so helpful. Gave me a welcome gift. Fixed some fresh coffee. The lemon water was so refreshing. My room was so neat and clean. Very ample parking and well lit around the premises. The breakfast was delicious. Had a good selection of breakfast items. Very quiet and no disruptions in the night. Thank you for making this traveler feel so welcome.”

“Front desk customer service was unfriendly. Bathroom bathtub and wash basin drains clogged”
