The beach, pool and other amenities are just steps away. My wife and I live nearby in Viera so the condo is very clean and includes everything you will need. It has a large heated pool, secure entry, spa, fitness center, tennis court and underground parking. Conveniently located to other activities besides the ocean. Our place is ideal for a retired couple or remote workers escaping the winter months or anytime to just get away.

The condominium has two full time staff members for building maintenance and emergency help should you need it.
