Great location

House is well stocked, convenient to beach & grocery store. The community park is just steps away & great for morning walks! The park is beautiful.

Great place!

We have family in the area so visit fairly frequently and this was a great find! It was close to everything we like to do and we all had space to spread out. Loved the outdoor space and covered patio - perfect for a nap! Nicely furnished and well appointed. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Sister trip

Property was clean and perfect amount of space for the three of us. Location was fine for us.. drove or rode bikes to the beach and enjoyed fitness classes at Gleason Park. Only issue was the pool pump which was working well during our stay. Property manager was responsive and attentive.

Fantastic Stay

The property was adorable, clean, and had everything our family needed for cooking and going to the beach. The kids even found some games to play. The pool had a cooler, which made all the difference. We enjoyed the decor and we wish we had more time there to explore the park nearby.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was well appointed with everything we needed, and the property manager was very proactive - gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Weather was too cold and rainy for us to go to the beach, but the house is close to many beach parks with lots of parking and good amenities.

Thanksgiving With Relatives

Very pleasant week. Location is within a mile or two of anything needed to enjoy a great vacation. Would rent again. Adjacent Park is a real bonus. House happened to be logistically ideally located within our son living a few blocks away.

Nice time in nice home in Melbourne.

Nice home with nice large kitchen and pool out back. However, a cactus by the pool should be removed, 4 of our friends and family came in contact with it while enjoying the pool and spent time pulling out cactus spikes. The 5 yr. old really didn't like it. The park behind the house is also nice.

"A WONDERFUL FUN TIME"

What a wonderful home... we had a great fun 5 days.. the home had plenty of room and space ... very comfortable and great backyard Pool and Patio.. with the Green Egg.. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need.. The Kitchen was very large and lots of room to enjoy The location is perfect a corner lot and behind the property is Gleason Park with 27 acres of Park with an Olympic size heated pool and great park.. our dogs loved it...also the home is just 5 minutes from the beach and great restaurants... We Cant Wait to Come Back Again.. and most of all.. Beth the Host was OUTSTANDING.. What a wonderful woman.. she communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed... She is A Great Host !! We Will Be Back... such a great property and location... Thank You Beth...

Wonderful in Every Way!

My family of 6 stayed here for a week to attend a youth baseball tournament. We ranged in age from 70-5, and this place was perfect all around for everyone. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We were able to bring chairs, shade, etc. from the house to the beach and there were plenty of pool toys to keep my three boys occupied. The pool was a big hit! If we were at the house, a kid was probably in the pool. The location was perfect. We spent a lot of time at the baseball field, but when we weren’t there, we had plenty nearby to keep us occupied. A highlight was getting up in the middle of the night to watch a rocket launch from the backyard. Beth was great to work with all around, and was quick to respond when we had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again if/when we return. Highly recommend. I can’t even think of a single thing to complain about.

Quiet Neighborhood

House was wonderful and exactly as described. Beth was a great host and answered all of our questions! Unfortunately we had to leave in the middle of our trip due to hurricane, but would be back.

Enjoyed our stay, large kitchen dining area, nice patio outback, easy access to really nice park with heated pool. Services and restaurants readily available. The house is a bit too small with the master bedroom right off the living room .Beautiful beach.

A wonderful 4 1/2 stars stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, comfortable, and more than enough for our group of 4. The outdoor space was perfect: big yard, large pool, plenty of space for lovers of sun & shade and a nice table for all our meals. We did unfortunately experience some issues with the pool pump not working properly for a healthy portion of our 2-week stay but we still were able to use it everyday. The kitchen and BBQ were in good shape and we enjoyed cooking in the space. There are a few things to address for renters, for example we had to buy pads to address rusted knives in the block before using them. The location is quiet, right next to a park, and only a short drive to the grocery store and beaches. We appreciated some of the extras such as beach chairs in the garage and ample towels for bath and beach. The info package was thorough and offered many spots on recommendations for good meals. Overall, we had a wonderful time.
