Perfect for teams and active families, the home features an enhanced laundry and gear room complete with locker-style storage designed for airing out uniforms and equipment—a rare and incredibly practical amenity after long tournament days. As for the bedroom layout, 3 bedrooms are upstairs in the second floor (Colts Room, Pacers Room and Indy Eleven Room). The Hockey bedroom is on the first floor and there is one step to get down to this side of the house. 2 full bathrooms are upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms are on the first floor.
