Cozy home away from home in historic Bates-Hendricks, minutes from down town and popular historic fountain square. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home has everything you need to feel like your home. Fountain square minutes away provides a great night life, parks and awesome eateries. Drive or catch an Uber to downtown Indy, only five minutes away.

Please respect my home and my neighbors. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking (Street Parking) No smoking inside house. Fee $250
