Room hadn’t been cleaned, bathroom had napkins instead of toliet paper and roaches. We was in town for 1 night on an emergency. Staff was sweet as can be though! Tv also didn’t work!

Cozy, family-owned motel is right value.

The low price brought low expectations. They were exceeded. The room was nicer and cleaner than i expected. Even the family who ran the establishment made me feel welcome. It helped that this was Independence Day, and they invited me to celebrate with fhem. Nice and hospitable. All promised featires delivered.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were infested with roaches. We could only stay a few hours due to kill 10 roaches; more kept appearing on the walls and bed. Shower head kept falling off as well as the towel holders at the lightest touch. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I don’t recommend staying during busy weekend like FFA season as your room won’t have towels or toilet paper unless you ask. You get what you pay for unfortunately.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. When we first arrived, we were given a room that was completely infested — around 40 cockroaches and other bugs crawling everywhere: on the floor, walls, and even at the front desk counter. Thankfully, the woman at the reception was kind and moved us to another room, but that one had no refrigerator or microwave, the front door lock didn’t work, and there were pieces of dead insects on the pillow. The overall conditions were still terrible. The bathtub was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and the entire place felt extremely unsanitary. Another serious issue was the $40 cash deposit. The property does not accept cards for deposits — only cash, and I was told to call one of two mobile phone numbers in the morning to get my money back. I checked out at 6:50 AM, called both numbers multiple times that morning and again later during the day — no one answered. The deposit was never returned. This property feels like a scam and is run in a dishonest and unprofessional way. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Roaches!! Fan hanging from the ceiling with duct tape. Ice bucket was dirty with leftover blue and purple liquid in it. Sheets were torn and ripped. They have smart tvs but no wifi -_-

It’s fine for a cheap room, but there’s a lot of lingering smells and rough repair work in the rooms. The ac units also should probably be checked for bacteria growth (they have a very odd smell.) Otherwise staff was friendly and available.

The facility had a noticeable smell to it, and is quite isolated in location and difficult to get into considering the fact semi trucks frequently park near it. Actual room itself was fine, but the shower was disgusting and no toilet paper was given in the bathrooms.

Staff was fine.. but the room was infested with roaches. I tried to pass the issue, but after killing over 10 of them in a 2-3 hour period, I couldn't take it anymore...I had to checkout When I brought it to the management's attention, he told me it was no refunds and there was nothing he could do. At that point, I reached out to Expedia and they were able to get the issue resolved and placed me at a better location
