Indian Palms is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.



FAQs:

1. Is there a pool and hot tub?

• Yes! Private pool and spa. Pool heat is $60/day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. Spa heat is free. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.



Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



2. Are pets allowed?

• Yes, for pets under 50 lbs, with a $150 cleaning fee. Include your pet in the reservation and follow pet policies.



3. What’s the parking situation?

• Up to 4 cars total (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking per HOA.



4. Are there quiet hours?

• Yes, 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect neighbors. No loud music or parties.



5. Is early check-in/late check-out available?

• Possibly, for a $75 fee per 2-hour window, depending on cleaning schedule. Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.
