Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

• Master Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Daybed with a Twin Trundle, a 47-inch HDTV, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves. You'll have private access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, step-in tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

• Suite 2 is by the front door and features two King-sized Beds, a 37-inch HDTV, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The private en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a step-in tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

• Casita Suite 3 is accessible through the courtyard and the main home. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, an individually wrapped sponge, and dishwasher pods. The fully equipped laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 3, which includes 3 in the driveway, and no street parking or garage.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This property has security cameras above the driveway and in the front doorway. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. This Property has a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
