This was a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our time in Indio staying here.

Roomy, high-end, and great location!

Perfect house for Stagecoach! We had 2 adults and 7 teens on this trip. The large kitchen and island were perfect for our group. The bedrooms were comfy, nice bathrooms, and a great room big enough for us all to hang out. The games in the garage and foosball table were a plus. The pool and hot tub were also used heavily. The host was very responsive to our needs. Close proximity to stores and Stagecoach. Thank you!

Overall good

The instructions to get into the community were not accurate. Only one gate allow guests to enter. There was no dishwasher when we arrived and wasn’t fixed for 2 weeks. The pool and hot tub were great. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. Overall stay went very good.

Sunset Oasis - indio

The property is spacious, new, pretty comfortable and very clean. Kiddos loved the pool, spa and garage full of play equipment. Adults loved the clean and well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Only downfall was the spa and pool could not be heated simultaneously and that was not noted in the property guide. Otherwise we had a great time. Madison was very patient with my questions and quick to reply. She was very helpful.

Family Christmas vacation

The house was very nice and very well stocked. The house was clean and had toiletries and cleaning supplies. My one concern with the features. It advertised a heated pool, but did not disclose that there was a daily cost to heat the pool. It also advertised gym facilities,but a form was required. We did not know this until after our arrival. When one of the guests went to the gym was told they didn't have the form, even though the property manager had submitted it. We were unable to use the facio. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and the house. Thank you very much to the host.

The home is well appointed with more than you would need. We prepared a large Thanksgiving Dinner in that beautiful and large kitchen and there was nothing I needed I didn't find there. The home and property are well maintained. Enjoy your stay.

Great Property, Booking process OK

Property is nice and in a great area. No complaints. Only concern was process of booking was a little tedious and communication was just ok early on. A little frustrating but once we got in, owner was there when needed and house worked out well.
