Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy EXCEPT, the locked supply and owners closets. Guests will NOT have access to the locked closets or the mailbox.
The Neighborhood:
Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them. The Terra Lago lake is considered to be a "no access" lake, meaning, guests are strictly prohibited from fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. The lake is for your visual ambiance and enjoyment.
Getting Around:
Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!
Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.
Other Things to Note:
Your home features a spool -- short for spa + pool— which is a single body of water that blends the relaxing features of a spa with the refreshing qualities of a pool. The spool can be heated upon request. There is an additional nightly charge of $100 to heat the spool. Please reach out to the hosts to make arrangements for heating.
