「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The establishment however, was very worn and in need of upgrades. The breakfast consisted of donuts and frozen Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits. Nothing fresh. No fruit. I didn’t expect much considering the area we were in but we enjoyed the countryside and visiting the birth place of Loretta Lynn. 」

「I have stayed here several times and it has consistently been a great experience each time. Always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always good.」

「My boyfriend and I brought our kids to Paintsville Lake for a kids fishing event and we could not have picked a better hotel!! The staff was beyond accommodating and the rooms were so clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would love to visit again in the future!!!」

「The property is extremely run down and not at all what I would consider a clean or comfortable stay. The room had a very strong and unpleasant plug-in fragrance smell that seemed to be covering up other odors. The pillows smelled heavily of body odor, the white towels were stained and the dye from the blue towels ran when wet. The bathroom and shower area need much better cleaning and maintenance. There was mildew on the bathroom ceiling, soap stains on the shower curtain that made it obvious...
