Extended Stay America Ingleside hotels

"Our room was clean but the restroom was grossly dirty. I went to grab some cleaning supplies myself just to at least sanitize the tub. Also there was loud construction all the way until 5pm. We were given a choice to move rooms but it would be a lesser room with no view or an offer of a refund of the difference we paid for our water view. There is also an extra charge for everything like parking and breakfast. Other than that, staff was kind and the lobby was really nice. Check in and out was easy and we were even given an early check in time which I appreciated. Overall I would stay here again since it’s one of the nicer hotels in corpus. "

"Everything was close by no less than 15 minutes from many areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful with check in and check out. The trash did fill up and we did need to call but they acted immediately and the food there was very yummy. Would stay here again :)"

"Initally was given a key card for a room that was already occupied, but after going back to the front office we were issued another on the opposite side of the building. The lady at the front desk was friendly, and very apologetic. Wi-fi was great, rooms were clean and new towels given daily. To cold for the pool, we didnt play pool or ping pong but it seemed to be a fun friendly environment. "

"The beds in the room were so hard and uncomfortable. My back has been sore since we left it. We’ve stayed there plenty of times in different rooms but the beds in room 117 really need to be replaced. "

"The room was decently cleaned. The drawer handles were sticky and there was sticky stuff in the bathroom floor. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. WiFi was not too bad a tad slow but worked fine for what we needed it for. The shower paint was peeling and grout was lifting. You can tell there was a lot of patch jobs done on this property. "

"Ask for extra creamer and was told they don’t have staff to get it, doors knocked on at 4:00 a.m. structure still in need of repair, things not repaired a couple years ago are still in need of repair, the only plus was on the beach, wasn’t a very clean place smelled like bug spray, carpets were stained in halls and had a bad oder"
