「Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was ok, needs updating. Soap was not provided to wash your hands. I went to the front desk and they did give a small bar. Breakfast was great and was complementary.」

「I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! The hotel was nice. I didn't have the breakfast and I didn't try the indoor pool so I can't speak on either of those. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The 40' Samsung TV is on a movable mount. The shower has the wide curtain rods and good pressure with really hot...

「We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that...

「Place is old a musty. Rooms old. Lobby old. Staff not helpful. Run from this place. I booked walked in my room walked right out. Went down the street to the Courtyard and stayed. Just took the loss of booking that room. Stay away.」

「Beach view was awesome! We had 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, queen bed, pull out sofa bed and a full kitchen with fridge. We had 2 balconies with chairs. It was an old renovated condo but it was a great price for what we got and was right on the beach. We would definitely stay again!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. This resort offers a lot of great amenities and we really enjoyed our Expedia VIP treatment. 」

「Great staff, clean room and good working ac. Breakfast menu was fresh and different each day, a variety to choose from. Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B.」

「Our stay was amazing. The staff was very professional and the grounds were beautiful. If I had one wish for our stay, it would be that the TV’s were “smart TV’s”. It may seem like a small thing but both of us use it in the morning to workout and we use it to fall asleep at night. Other than that one issue, I would stay there again. 」

「The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.」
