Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake.

Vey clean boutique style hotel right in the center of it all in old town. Very attentive staff and a wonderful buffet style breakfast every morning. Amazingly friendly staff, fantastic service and a great location. Mia, Cindy and Jimmi could not be more welcoming. It is well worth paying the small additional fee for an upgraded room if you can.
