「The room overlooked both the pool and the beach, and the sunrise was amazing each morning. Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. 」

「The property location is excellent but what makes this place so wonderful is its laid-back atmosphere and superb staff. Maria, Valerie and everyone at the resort make you feel at home. 「We had a very nice stay in the Manatee room, which was very spacious and well appointed; the room was much nicer in person than shown in the online pictures - a nice treat. There was a nice roomy balcony overlooking the beach / water. The room had a full kitchen that was very functional and there was a Publix grocery store a short taxi / car ride away. 「The room was a disappointment given the price point. The sliding glass door on one-side was shattered, one of the bathroom windows was also broken, the left sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and or close ( eventually fixed) the sofa and comforter cover were both stained. I felt that my complaints were met with frustration by the front desk staff. 「This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. 」
