"Staff was friendly . Room and view was nice !! Only problem we had was the tv wasn’t working but they did send someone up to get it back working for us . The air was working that morning of check in but after we got back to the room it stopped and we had to sleep hot all night !! The hotel too expensive to have sleep in a hot room all night "

"The bed was horrible. You could feel every spring in the mattress. There were divots that you would roll into throughout the bed. There was only one working elevator for 16 floors! By the time it got to your floor it would be full of people you would have to wait for the next time it came by. Going down multiple flights of stairs is not bad unless you have luggage. There were other small inconveniences about the area like a good number of homeless/beggars and the noise at night. I had high expectations by reading the reviews and was very disappointed. "

"I’ve never written a review but this was my worst hotel experiences here. The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned, there were piles of cigarette butts on the balcony and hair in the bathtub from previous guests, which was honestly shocking. For two people staying three days, we were given only one towel and a single roll of toilet paper. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the TV didn’t even have a remote control. If you need anything (towels, toilet paper, or even a TV remote), you’re supposed to contact the front desk — but the front desk never answers. During our entire stay, we were told their phones were not working. The most unacceptable part: we received no housekeeping service at all for three days. On top of that, only one out of four elevators was working, so it took forever to go up and down. Also, there is no guest parking available the only option is valet, which costs $50 per day. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel."
