"I stayed here for one night and it was a mixed experience. The room itself was clean and well kept, and the staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful during check-in. The property seemed maintained and the basics were fine. Unfortunately, the location right next to the highway made it hard to sleep. Traffic noise carried straight into the room most of the night, which kept waking me up. The shower also never really got warm and stayed mostly cold, which wasn’t great in the morning. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were limited and the quality was pretty poor, so I ended up skipping most of it and grabbing food elsewhere. Overall the cleanliness and staff were positives, but between the highway noise, cold shower, and disappointing breakfast, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay. "

"The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel were great."

"I would stay there again it was very nice and close walking to lots of places to eat and shop!! "

"This hotel is not in the best area and is in disrepair. Our room deadbolt did not lock. There were holes in the doors and it looked like the door had been kicked in before. The door jam was bent. There were shady people standing around outside in the parking lot. The other guests down our hall were loud and there were loud cars driving in and out all night. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again. "

"I loved the layout of the room. The lobby was very inviting with a bar, ample seating, gas fire place, and pool table. We didn't use the pool (didn't think to bring bathing suit), and if it had been warmer, they had a nice outdoor lounge area that would make a nice place to relax."
