"Great location. Could walk to the Swarovski shuttle bus and hop on hop off within minutes. Variety of nice restaurants at reasonable prices and pastries galore in immediate area. Staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. Views were outstanding including over the railroad tracks which presented a panorama of trains coming and going, but without the noise of similar lodgings. Try the rooftop bar for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The only complaint I have is no coffee in the room, but it was available at the bar for purchase."

"What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4. Amazing view from the room. They have a lot of rooms offering such amazing views I believe. Minor issue 1. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor. So we used in-room slippers throughout, avoided being barefoot in the room. Because we were staying only for a couple of days and wanted to be out and about, we did not bother complaining about this. I am sure they would have gotten the room cleaned or shifted us to another room had we raised this issue."

"We quite enjoyed our charming, bright, roomy "family room" at the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. Our breakfasts at the hotel were generous and delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were equally charming. The tram system in Innsbruck is excellent and even fun. We easily caught the trams to Old Town and the main train station, which both run frequently and stop right around the corner from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay in the hotel again... and we hope there will indeed be a next time!"
