We loved our stay at Weiss’s Rossel. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! Great location in the heart of old town Innsbruck. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast each morning was a selection of buffet and food cooked to order all was of great quality. We also had an evening meal which was very good. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Our room (booked through Expedia) turned out to be a mini and there was no opportunity to change it but the staff went out of the way to make us feel comfortable.

Truly a fantastic place. It's located right in the heart of downtown, plenty of shops and food available within a short walkon distance. It's also a very clean, and well furnished hotel that was more than pleasant to stay at. If we come back to Innsbruck I can't forsee us staying anywhere else but here again.

The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The breakfast was nice with champagne, eggs to order, ham, salmon, breads... Our only complaint was when we arrived in the evening we were told we were on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to Floor 4. We had 6 heavy bags plus carry-on items with us. There was no mention of this in advance. It was exhausting to get everything up the narrow winding stairs to our room. The room did have a small balcony however.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms were amazing and laid out perfectly. It is quaint and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the best by far of any hotel I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend you choose this hotel. It’s right the old town and is walking distance from hundreds of restaurants and shops. The public transport bus and trolley stop is only a couple blocks away. We walked to the funicular and took the tram to the top of Nordkette.
