“The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. One of the best beds I’ve had in a hotel. The room was clean. I didn’t care for the anti-slip strips in the bottom of the bathtub. They were loose and made it sticky. Other than that, no complaints. The breakfast (food) area was clean and offered a nice variety. ”

“Easy check in, clean”

“Perfect size cottage for two people. It has everything we needed for our four day stay. The bed was very comfortable, and kitchenette with coffee maker was sufficient. Cindy is a wonderful host. ”

“Beautiful home that felt welcoming as soon as you walk though the front door. Ample parking and several relaxing outside locations on the property. The main floor common area is large with plenty of space for several units to share. The hosts go above and beyond by providing a little extra here and there.”

“The coziness of this fairytale home is without compare. Perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, this hobbit house is within walking distance of all downtown Charlevoix has to offer along with easy access to parks and beaches. I adored staying here and look forward to the opportunity to do so again.”

“Property was close to skiing, only down side had no hand soap and floor was not all that clean, carpet dirty under bar, need to do better job vacuuming. Besides that was good.”

“ Wry comfortable ”

“The condo was great. It was in a great location and walking distance to the main hotel and shops. We were there for a Lacrosse tournament and the condo was very close to the fields too. It was also close to the trails and tennis courts. We can't wait to come back for some skiing. The property manager was in great communication with us too.”

“Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all. The huge King bed was perfectly pillow like for me, albeit a bit too soft for my husband, but no mattress will……
