“Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. ”

“Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. Parking garages located nearby too,……

“The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!”

“Great hosts and property - standard room was a decent size Just a note for Canadian and American guests, this is not a typical bed and breakfast ! There is coffee espresso machine and kettle available in the common area but no breakfast per se ”

“We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts”

“Check in was smooth and communicative. I dealt with both Gieseppe and Gianni - including before we even departed for Sicily - and had a good experience. All communications were via WhatsApp (as were all other accommodations we used in Sicily), so ensure that you have good access to data (e-sims were easy to purchase beforehand). The location is right in the main square, which can be fun and active at night, particularly on the weekends. Great location for access to various tourist……
