If you want to be away from it all but close enough to the action to get there in 10 or 15 minutes, then this is the place for you.
After a busy day in the Valley it's time to relax and re-charge. After all, You're in the White Mountains.
Eagle Ridge is a Private Resort Community located in Intervale, between North Conway & Jackson Villages. There are some full times residences here, but most are second homes so the place is Peaceful. In fact, you'll probably have the pool to yourselves especially during the week.
With a setting high in the mountains the place relaxes you.
Our family friendly 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ground floor end unit (sleep 6) overlooks the Moats, Cathedral Ledge and White Horse ledge with a view of Mt Washington from the parking lot.
We are located off of the 16A Intervale loop.
The resort has an outdoor heated pool, 2 tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and hiking trails at no extra charge like some other properties in the area.
Our location is very convenient and close to everything. Here are some of the main things.
1 mile from the Vista Country Store (beer, wine, pizza), 3 miles from North Conway Village, 4 miles to Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 4 miles from the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet store, 4 miles from Grants Supermarket, 5 miles from Story Land, 6 miles from Settlers Green Outlet Village, 7 miles from Jackson Village, , 8 miles from Attitash Mountain Resort, 17 miles from Wildcat Mountain,
What's great about out location is the fact that you can bypass the North Conway Village traffic Jam using back roads and even take a back road to Story Land if the traffic on RT16 is backed up (we'll tell you how!). You'll be able to get to Settlers Green Outlet Village the back while avoiding the backup!
Another good thing is that you won't have to bring your trash home like many other properties in the valley. There is a trash compactor on property.
We will be available by cell to answer any of your questions during your stay. Our family has vacationed in this area for over 20 years and know it well.
You will fall in love with this place.

Fabulous views, outside deck, roomy and spacious, comfortable beds, extremely peaceful! We LOVED our stay here! The only issue we had was a few of the overhead lights didn’t work, but table lamps were provided. (We are a bit older so light is important.). I would suggest you bring a nightlight for the bathrooms if you have kids, and bring some hangers to hang things in the front hall as the master closet is reserved for the owners. We would return in a heartbeat!

Such a nice place to stay. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable. The views were stunning. If you are looking for a relaxing, pleasant, peaceful getaway this is the place for you.

Stayed for 2 nights to explore the North Conway shops and explore Mt Washington. My son enjoyed the 3 mini golf courses in town but we missed the 4th one to the north which we saw as we were leaving. Had a great dinner at Flatbread Pizza.This is a great ski condo with a view overlooking the valley. It is clean and well equipped.

Comfortable, relaxed, no-frills accommodation with a GORGEOUS mountain view. Worth it simply for the view and proximity to all of the sights and activities! Pool access was a bonus for the kiddos. Hosts were available and responsive. Hope to return!

Amazing mountain views
The property was exactly as described with beautiful Mountain View’s. The owners were excellent at communicating directions, check-in and check out procedures and had lots of pamphlets on local activities and restaurants. The pool and tennis courts were an added bonus. You cannot go wrong renting this wonderful property.

Storyland Delight
My family and I (wife, 2 year old & 6 year old) stayed here for two nights on a weekend trip to North Conway and Storyland. Everything was as expected, clean, homey, quiet and beautiful views. Everyone loved the outdoor pool (which was only about 4 minute walk from the condo. The views of the mountains in the mornings and evenings were excellent. They even had an electronic version of the board game Clue which I had never played before. Very nice twist to a classic. We didn't have many questions but the couple we had were quickly answered by Ruth & Paul. Would very much recommend and hopefully use again.

This was the perfect base for our family trip to Story Land and Santa's Village! The condo looked even nicer inside than the pictures show and was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Also, the view out the back was breathtaking! Being able to sit out on the porch and watch the sunset was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

Wonderful White Mountains destination
This is our second time staying at Paul's house in the White Mountains. We absolutely loved it. It is very cozy and easily fit 2 adults and 4 children. It was clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked well with the necessary kitchen equipment to cook with. We like that it is close to the shopping of North Conway but you still feel the quiet and peace of the mountains. It's around a 20 minute drive to Pinkham Notch and 40 minutes to Crawford Notch. Both areas are beautiful. We can't wait to come back here again.

Fryeburg Fair
My husband and I, along with a good friend, came to the area to attend the Fryeburg Fair.

Location
The location was ideal. Quiet, the views were fantastic, yet attractions were not far away. The condo was great for a family member being on ground level. Beds were very comfortable as well as the chairs & couch. The kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of room, chairs & a nice size round table ion the outdoor porch with a great view of the mountains. Definitely would return!!
