"Lovely hotel, the lounge area down stairs is nice and chilled. We loved the freindly and helpful staff. The lifts are abit slow, but if your patient and allow time its ok. Only one lift was working when we stayed and it was a wee wait to get a lift. However this did not take away from it being a lovely and relaxed stay."

"High level of cleanliness throughout. Friendly and extremely professional staff. Breakast food was wonderful. One comment is to say that it might be efficient to have? ' pink" breakfast trays and polite note on them to return dishes etc to the tray towers . This was not at all obvious. We loved all the dining areas and chill out areas.
