“清潔舒適，唯酒店能提供的泊車位不多，需付£10泊在另外的位置，雖然距離只有2分鐘步程，但要把車子停泊在酒店範圍之外，汽車防盜問題，令人有點擔心”

“Stayed at the River Ness Hotel and it was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even organised a trip on Loch Ness and booked a taxi for us.Beautiful and clean everywhere and bed was so so comfortable didn’t want to get up😊especially with black out curtains.. Everything is on the doorstep with some amazing bars with live music , all the shops are close by as is the railway station and bus station ..Can’t rate this hotel enough and we will definitely be back again.Thank you for……

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”
