“We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”

“Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. “The house was very clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The home has a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a few pods to get you started, which was perfect. Other reviews said there was no TV in the livingroom, but there is one and that was nice. “Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly!!! The pool was clean and great for the kids (lots of pool toys) Great location in between Crystal river, Homosassa, and Clearwater!!!! Yummy delicious restuarnts that are kid friendly near by. Neighbors shot off fireworks for newyears and they were better than Disney Worlds fireworks!!!!! WE PLAN TO COME BACK REAL SOON!!!!”
