「The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic. 」
"Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece.
Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent."

"A great stay in Death Valley. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother and the front desk staff checked us in early and chose a convenient room which was helpful for my mother as we were in a wheelchair. Everything was incredibly perfect, beautiful environment with lots of plants and a fountain in the garden, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, massage room... It's incredible to be in Death Valley! It's really a trustworthy and relaxing resort paradise to experience and explore Death Valley! Highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff for their dedication and service! "
