“Great location at the Westin. Easy walk to the village. We went into Devil’s Postpile and Convict Lake to hike and both felt very easy to access from our place. "Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent."
