“Beautiful and peaceful.”

“Lots of room. Very comfortable and clean. Easy check in. Many amenities. When the tree row is not leafed out, the sound from Hwy 20 can be heard. Nice beds. Upgraded master bedroom and bath. Wifi dropped out once. Nice smart TV's in every room.”

“Great place in Rigby to stay. We loved the large gathering space with a fireplace and had it been warmer we would have spent. More time in the awesome yard. The bathtub is also amazing. The only thing I would change about the listing is to clarify that the second bathroom is not accessible from inside the house. You have to go outside and enter it from another door. I didn’t notice anything about that in the listing.”

“It was a nice change from hotel stays to have a little more room and ease of access to where we stayed. Yes, it’s tiny, but it’s obvious from the description that it’s tiny but we had plenty of room for the six of us. (We were all 16 years and up) We would definitely stay here again!”

“This was a great rental for our small family but could have hosted a whole group with big bedrooms and lots of beds on either side of the house. Everything was clean and the property was nice and private surrounded by wildlife (we saw a mama moose and baby) in the river surrounding the property so that was a treat. Close enough in to town to get things you need but far enough out to feel like a cabin in the woods a bit. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and updated and……

“The apartment was perfect for our stay! Located on the edge of BYUI it was easy to explore campus. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sephlin was very nice and an excellent host.”

“We needed a place last minute for our dad and grandpa’s funeral. This was a perfect place for us to all be together. The kids had a great time in the gym and the adults could be together in a different room. The kitchen and cafeteria was awesome! Such a blessing for what we needed!”

“We found this to be a great place, very new and clean, right off the freeway and halfway between Idaho Falls and Rexburg. Great since we were visiting our daughter and nieces at BYUI and also a short drive to Idaho Falls where there were more services and shopping available. Place was roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there again. Plenty of room for a big group, although it was just my wife and I this time, it was nice to have somewhere to gather. Also, I had to work while on this trip……
