Bathroom was dirty and looks like they didn’t finish the remodel. Hot tub only had 1 jet that worked. Was in IF for a funeral so we just dealt with the room.

The mattress and bathroom floor was filthy. The bathroom door would not stay on the roller and you could see in it from both sides when door was shut. Didn’t have enough towels and had to go find some. And breakfast had no juice, was a cheap drink substitute.

The property overall was average. We called the front desk and someone was supposed to come fix the tub drain but no one ever showed up. The tub would not drain so we had to unclog it ourselves with a coat hanger and spoon and a bunch of hair came out. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Rented a Riverview with a balcony instead got mostly a dried up canal full of trash and no balcony. There is no hot tub so don't be fooled by the false advertising of them having one. Had to switch rooms a few times due to not being able to get in and heard someone in the room. Then the next did not have any wifi whatsoever. Then just had to settle for a room with zero ventilation a broken bathroom fan plus no door so not being alone ends up being an issue for privacy if desired. Oh and never was told any of this ahead of time or while checking in. Then to find out at a certain time at night, they lock the entrances to the building that were accessible earlier in the day and you cannot get inside you will be locked out in the cold and feeling very vulnerable. Learned just through the lobby doors are the only way inside and had to walk a long distance just to get to the room. I did not need room service and naturally choose to do it myself but I only asked for four flat sheets to cover furniture due to allergies and they only would provide one which was odd but I was patient as long as possible. Tried to contact Expedia and explain how I felt uncomfortable and wanted to switch to a different hotel but the Expedia agent made sure to avoid handling the situation correctly so there was a sense of safety and comfort and just blamed the hotel for not answering and left it up to me to contact them again yet also saying I would have to deal with it and would not offer Expedia

Bathroom was left not cleaned. Shower may have not been cleaned in weeks? Super disgusting. Used soap left behind. Dried out towel over the shower curtain. Stains on the floor carpet. Unfortunately I needed to rinse off after the pool, but I could not fathom washing my hair in there.

Well I was not going to waste my time leaving a review until I just got done fighting with them over a extra charge on our bank account. So room was not the cleanest when we arrived but we would make do for the night. Tv was cracked all over and half dark. Room was only partially stocked with towels and no hand soap or anything to even wash your hands. So we decide to take the kids to the pool. Got there and no towels just a sign for no towels. Asked the front desk and they said they were out and we had to use the ones from our room. So we all had to walk to our room soaking wet along with every one else that used the pool. Well after everyone got showered with 2 normal towels and 2 hand towels for 5 people we are now getting charged extra money because a towel was dirty since all the floors were hard flooring and we had to clean the water off the floor so noone would slip and fall. This is by far the Worst hotel stays we have had and around midnight there was a bunch of screaming and the woman screaming outside of our door not only woke up half the hotel but proceeded to attack another guest by punching and strangling her all because she asked her if she needed help. Staff did absolutely nothing about it. This is definitely the worst ran hotel we have had encountered and we will never stay in another hotel owned or ran by this place/company again!!

Hallways in our room were dirty. Access door going into our building was not locked. Two rooms on our floor were open for over 24 hrs and not cleaned. Just felt weird. Our room was not touched after our first night's stay and we had to go ask for towels and soap.
