"The breakfasts were great; I loved the dining area and the Greek milk pie! Although, when we sat outside, there were a group of bees trying to steal the food, and the staff didn't help with the situation...
Breakfast coffee was made by the barista, not the automatic coffee machine. We had dinner at the flow dine and wine, very nice environment with live cello music. We liked the traditional dessert.
One flaw is that the room doesn't provide a luggage rack, even though there was plenty of space in the room. We also didn't receive slippers when we arrived.
It's nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room, but it's a bit old and very noisy when it's turned on. Very convenient to have buggy as the hotel is big."

We stayed in a penthouse suit which we felt could have been a bit bigger and we also had to get 2 x lifts and 2 x small flights of stairs to get to our room from the pool area.
We also had a problem with one of the lifts which got stuck in between floors. We were with 4 other people for about 15 to 20 minutes which was extremely hot and uncomfortable and quite frightening and stressful. We had to eventually step out onto a small stepladder as the door still wouldn’t open properly.
Apart from this we had a great holiday and would probably go back again (but not use the lift)!"
