"Check in took forever and was a joke, the lady at the front desk could have used help with everyone checking in on Memorial weekend.
Exterior Door number 3 doesn’t lock all the time and the key cards don’t work well. Not to worry though folks, we just got new cards without verifying that we were staying in those rooms! No questions asked on 3 different occasions, all different people working. No one asked for ID or even if our names matched the room… They didn’t care when this was brought up.
The pool is very nice and clean. It “closes” at 11pm but if your room is a room that goes into the pool then it appears to be 24hrs! Which is cool if you’re swingers but our kids were freaked out by people knocking on our door all hours of the night and yelling “just open it and join in”.
Will never stay here again unless management changes or starts to do their job."
