「it was a little confusing finding our room. overall very clean」

「When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. After I pushed the buzzer, a young lady came and gave me my room key. When I discovered that there was not an ice bucket in my room, I went back to the "front desk" and pushed the buzzer several times, but no one came. I returned a bit later, and again pushed the buzzer multiple times. Again, no one came. I was never able to get an ice bucket. When I left in the morning, there was no one behind the "front desk."」

「We had a great stay! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was really great for both little kids and swimming a few laps. Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also did laundry here, which was really convenient! The hotel was clean, but our hallway had a really strong smell of Mexican food. The smell even came in through our air conditioner.
