Hotel tranquilo y convenientemente ubicado

El personal muy amable y servicial, cada vez que necesitaba algo me ayudaban inmediatamente, hasta me ofrecieron que dejara mis cosas para poder salir a pasear antes de irme. Habitación pequeña pero comfortable, tienen ascensor y los pasillos se iluminan al pasar, está ubicada en una Calle tranquila al costado de la iglesia de San Marcos y con vista al Morro de Arica, a un par de cuadras del Centro donde se puede encontrar un KFC, Macdonalds ,restaurantes, farmacias, tienda Paris y un mercadillo donde venden frutas. El desayuno tipo buffet es bueno había arroz con leche, machacado de membrillo, melón, panes, jamón, queso, mantequilla, huevos revueltos, jugo de durazno, té, café.

SOBRE LA LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACION Y TARJETAS MAG

Al momento de llegar, lo primero que llamo mi atencion fue el estado del recepcionista... a mi parecer pasado de copas y/o drogado (se le veia con poca atencion, cero proactividad ante mis requerimientos) dos veces intente abrir la puerta con la tarjeta que no funciono jamas, al final tuve que pedir cambio de habitacion por ese motivo... (Joven, moreno, pelo largo, alto y acompañado por una chica morena tambien) finalmente pude quedarme en la habitacion ciento uno... al dia siguiente comienzo a sentir picazon en mis brazos y posteriormente hinchazon en distintas partes producto creo de algun insecto que no era zancudo (esto posteriormente corroborado por un medico) solicite me cambiaran de habitacion llegando a la ciento doce, en la cual no tuve inconvenientes posteriores... hice mi reclamo como corresponde señalando si habian cambiado la ropa de cama, pero no me dieron respuesta... llevo hospedandome varias veces en el hotel, nunca habia tenido problemas como los ya señalados... pero me veo en la obligacion de exponerlo para que en proximas visitas no se repitan estos malos momentos (Y favor reparar tarjetas magneticas) Saluda Cordialmente... No respetan tarifa de Booking

El hotel no respeto la tarifa de 27.000 que obtuve No me por booking. Indicándome que no tenían reserva y que el valor que podían darme era de 32 mil. Para evitar problemas de alojamiento acepte, sin embargo no me parece correcto

No acepten habitaciones el piso uno a la calle

Habitaciones excesivamente ruidosas, una de ellas con mucho olor a cigarrillo. Luego de una noche me cambiaron una de las habitaciones. En ese momento estuvo mejor. Buena disposición de los empleados.
