“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

Mention speciale au restaurant qui nous a comptés un menu entier a pres de 50 euros alors que nous n'avons pris qu'un plat. Le personnel est sympathique, mais belle arnaque”

Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir die Tage nutzen wollten um einfach nur am Pool zu Relaxen, Drinks an der Bar und gutes Essen zu genießen. All das konnten wir hier wunderbar. Das noch sehr junge Team ist super engagiert - manchmal noch nicht ganz eingespielt, aber 2 Wochen nach Eröffnung hat uns das nicht negativ überrascht. Im Gegenteil: alle sind super motiviert und……

Also, the lack of short staff at the restaurant make our waiting time for our meals to be ridiculously long.. Please hire more staff. ”
