The bathroom was properly cleaned and the towels were soft. The hot water in the bathroom made for a relaxing bath. My only issue was that the toilet paper wasn't charmin soft as I like. The bed linens were fresh and clean, the bed was the perfect combination of softness and firm. The pillows were very fluffy and to my liking which resulted in a great night's rest. "
