It’s a pretty tired looking hotel.. great location, gym and ok pool. But really needs a refresh. Clean and comfortable but lots of things not working (including one lift the whole time) so a 5-10 minute wait was “normal”

I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!
