"I only stayed to run the Irving marathon. I ordered steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries and was a little disappointed that it was overcooked, the steak wasn’t sliced, and the fries were regular fries with Parmesan dumped on them. Tasted ok but way over priced. Otherwise it was a good stay."

Instead of bacon and sausage they had chicken strips which I thought was really weird. Lobby is really humid because of the swimming pool I assume. Just an all around weird experience at this hotel. The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness."

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I arrived exhausted after a long trip and politely asked if there was any chance of an early check-in. Instead of helping, the receptionist leaned in and quietly suggested that I give her some money “on the side” to make it happen. I was shocked and uncomfortable, so I refused. Her attitude immediately changed—she became cold and hostile, and within minutes she told me I was no longer welcome there. Before I could even process what was happening, she demanded that I leave the premises. I walked out feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly a bit shaken. No guest should ever be treated that way. "
