「This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more...

「La struttura si presenta molto bene, con tanti spazi all'aperto per potersi gustare un momento di chiacchere e relax. Piscine pulite con ambiente tranquillo. Ristorante bellissimo con una sala molto ampia dove di mattina servono anche una splendida colazione abbondante. Ma un elogio particolare voglio farlo ad ogni singola persona che lavora all'interno di questa struttura. Da anni che viaggio tra Italia ed Europa non ho mai ricevuto un'attenzione così mirata e cordiale. Personale altamente...

「Meget fint, rolig og sentralt hotell. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, både ei resepsjon og ellers på hotellet. Rent og pent, og flott bassengområde. Relativt lite hotell, så her får du ro. Frokosten består av joghurt, korn, frukt, egg, brød, pålegg og en del søtsaker. Helt ok frokost. Anbefaler hotellet.」

「Upon our arrive we were checked in and our Passports taken for 4 hours. Nit sure what this is about as all other hotels just di IS check there and then. This was my only real issue with the hotel. Its set amongst the most beautiful gardens, on the waterfront. The area is quiet and we always felt safe, even when walking back from city centre at 1am. Forio centre is approx 20mins walk, an easy to get to and worth visiting. The staff at reception were ok, but the staff at breakfast were amazing,...

Ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la qualité du service : le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une sympathie extraordinaires. Toujours souriants, disponibles et prêts à tout pour satisfaire le client. Un véritable moment de bonheur. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !」

「I liked the rooftop, the cocktail options on the rooftop, the breakfast pastries were divine, and the staff kind, professional and efficient. I witnessed the best lightening storm on the Sea from my room. So cool! The walls are thin so you hear your neighbor. Some ants and little nuisance bugs but that's Italy. 」
