「Hotel was at the heart of Shinjuku where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The space we stayed at had more than enough room for a family of 4. If you need to iron your clothes, you will need to go to the laundry room on the 20th floor which was a little annoying but I was lucky enough to find the place and no one was using the iron. In the room, the electrical plugs found at the base of the bed were all covered for safety so your only place to plug and charge anything...

「Room is tidy and small as expected. There is some drainage smell in the toilet and sounds of lifts in midnight but still manageable. Location is good with shuttle bus to airport which is very convenient for travellers after shopping. Walkable distance to Tokyo metropolitan govt bldg and appreciate the light show in 7:30pm. Convenient stores are at B1 (Lawson) and 1/f (Family Mart) which is great!

I traveled with my family and booked three King Rooms (Non-Smoking) in the Southerntower. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily let down by the front desk staff during check-in. The receptionist who served us was completely smile-less and unfriendly.
