「Parking is quite convenient, lots of parking lot surround. The cleaning service needs to be improved. We could find many hairs near the wash basin, and bath-tub after the cleaning service. There are some snacks and drinks for free at the lobby, but usually out of coffee in the morning. 」

「Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.」

「The hotel is within walkable distance to Shinjuku station. Many restaurants nearby. The room is good overall. Just that it was a bit noisy outside during the night.」

「The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our stay. The host was very communicative ahead of our arrival (unfortunately the Expedia app made it impossible for me to respond) and he provided a guide with check-in/out instructions, and information on using the amenities. They were a great host! The location is an easy 10-15 min walk to a number of subway and train stations which made exploring a breeze. 」

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」
