Generally very good and I would recommend staying here. Location is right next to the Metro Higashi-Shinjuku (take Exit B2 and turn left at the top of the escalator). There are convenience stores, coffee shops snd restaurants close by. You are also close to the main stations like Shibuya and Shinjuku. This is my second trip to Japan and hotel rooms are generally very small. Unless you want to spend a fortune to stay at a luxury hotel for the sake of a bigger room, it really isn't worth it. Tokyo is a city that doesn't sleep. Trust me, you will be out all the time. I just came back to sleep and shower. I needed a hotel in a convenient location near a Metro, central, clean and with good service. This was fine for my needs. The room had air conditioning and a heater, hot water, a kettle, fridge plus other basic amenities. I didn't eat at the hotel nor have breakfast there so can't comment on food. Bed was comfortable. Despite the location on the main road, it wasn't too noisy at all and I slept fine.
