"Tobu was an extremely nice facility that was centrally located. It’s so close to the JR (Japan’s railway) making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I highly advise investing in tickets for the hotel’s breakfast. It had a lot of food options (i.e. an omelette bar, bacon, pastries, pancakes, cereal, fresh fruit, salad, etc.) that made it easy to quickly eat and then be on your way to see the city. We would definitely stay at Tobu again!"

"The hotel is great. The staff were pleasant and the room was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The room is very small and has no storage space, so it was difficult to navigate with our luggage. The mattress was torn under the sheets and we both came away with several big bites by the end of our stay (definitely not bed bugs). The bathroom was musty to the point of smelling faintly of mildew. But still, overall it was a great experience."
