In general great for everything. A very short walk to Shinjuku Station (about 5 minutes), great breakfast, quiet rooms, etc One minor point is that my room was near the elevator, so I got the constant ping noise as it travelled at all hours. I found that I need the air conditioning on just to cover the noise, but that did work so it's a minor point
