We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Suncoast. It is close to two subway entrances but not close to the JR line. We managed just fine using the subway. The rooms are cozy but we planned ahead and packed a small bag for the time we were in Tokyo so we didn’t have to open our luggage. There is laundry on site and a real-time availability update on the tv. There is a Family Mart across the street for coffee and snacks.

The hotel is at a great location. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were clean. This hotel felt very safe. They have different amenities on site. The Limousine Bus stops at this hotel for both Haneda and Narita Airport.

Property is located next to Shinjuku A1 station — easy access for transportation; across from the property are also food courts and family mart — easy access for food. However, our most favourite part is, it’s a stop for limousine bus from and to the airport. Our stay went well — absolutely quiet and everything is so clean (they require to clean your room every 3 days, but can request new towels in between and they will leave it on your door in bag!). They have coin washer and dryer that was very convenient and the status of each laundry washers can be viewed on your tv. They almost have every toiletries you need and everything is located across the lift so you never forget to grab stuff you need. Don’t expect this to be your typical “room service” hotel — they dont have those and as what wrote earlier, you grab your own toiletries or whatever you need from the lobby. The rooms are also not the most spacious that you can only open 1 luggage at the same time but can store other luggage’s underneath the bed. Overall, we liked staying at Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku and we recommend it.

Perfect location on a relatively quiet street in the busy Shinjuku area. Convenient location in terms of transport with metro station next door and minutes walk to JR Shinjuku and highway bus terminal. Airport limo bus stop makes it a big plus. Will definitely stay again next trip to Tokyo.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was about 2 minutes walking from a major train station. It was also walkable to many sites and restaurants. We explored all over Tokyo and found this location to be perfect. We went for one of the smaller economy rooms to save money and it was so worth it. I was worried it would be cramped with two people, but it was comfortable for our three night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the value and location.

The hotel is in a good location. It was comfortable but not roomy. Small things are different compared to other hotels in Japan. Towels are very thin and scratchy. There was no bottled water. The self service focus including check-in was a bit unfriendly.
