設備以外は完璧。 改善してほしい点 ・空調の風量を変更できるようにしてほしい。 ・部屋干しする際、ハンガーをかける場所が少なすぎる。 ・トイレの洗面台はオシャレだが、手が洗いにくい。洗面器に手が当たるのが気になる。 とてもオシャレだがオシャレに振り切った分、実用的なスペースが減ってしまった印象。 部屋自体とても綺麗だし、ご飯もおいしかったのでもったいないなーという印象でした。

施設内に自販機が欲しかったです。 夜中に買いに施設の全ての階を回りましたが、無く外に出て買いに行こうとしたんですが、あいにく土砂降りで出たくなかったんですが、お水が欲しく濡れながら、出て少し左手にあった自販機に買いに行きました。 自販機を置かなくてもせめてウォーターサーバーは欲しいと思いました。

石垣港やバスターミナルの近所のため、交通の便が良く徒歩圏内が中心地となるので便利です。新しく港の前なので近郊ホテルよりは若干高めとなるものの上記を考えると妥当かと思われる。ホテルによっては、無料ドリンクサービスがあるところもあるが、こちらのホテルはカフェバーのようなのがレセプション横にある。ただ、ホテルつけとかに出来ず、１杯づつ、その都度キャッシュレスで支払う必要があり面倒である。

離島ターミナルが目の前で、離島巡りをするにはすごく便利な立地です。 お土産物屋さんも近く、周辺に飲食店も多くあるため、素泊まりでも困りませんでした。 朝ごはん、バーを利用しましたが、比較的安く美味しいです。 館内もキレイで外的に過ごすことが出来ました。

とても綺麗なシティホテルでした。

新しいホテルと言う事もあり、とても綺麗でした。 トイレとシャワールームが2つずつあったのはビックリ
ベッドは広く心地よく、ゆっくりと眠れました。
泊まった部屋は海と逆側でしたので、窓の外はホテルと眺望はダメでした。

ホテル内のアメニティに首里石鹸が使われていて非常に香りもよく気に入りました。可能であれば、館内着や首里石鹸のショップも付いていれば良いのになと思いました。部屋自体も綺麗でとても良かったです。また行きたいです。
